FAFO Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Overview

1.1. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between FAFO (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "our," or "us") and the affiliate marketer (hereinafter referred to as "Affiliate," "you," or "your").

1.2. By participating in the FAFO Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must have a valid and active social media account with relevant content related to fashion, lifestyle, or related themes.

2.2. To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1. You agree to actively promote FAFO products in a positive and professional manner.

3.2. You will not engage in any form of deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

3.3. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Commissions

4.1. You will earn a commission on each sale generated through your unique affiliate link.

4.2. Qualify for payment with just 5 orders through your link. Orders successfully completed through the return window of 7 days qualify for payment. Return orders do not qualify for payment.

4.3. Commissions are subject to adjustments for returns, cancellations, and fraudulent activities.

5. Affiliate Links and Tracking

5.1. You will be provided with unique affiliate links to track your referrals.

5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly formatted and functioning.

6. Termination

6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice.

6.2. FAFO reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for violation of these terms and conditions, including engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. You acknowledge that all intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, belongs to FAFO.

7.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting FAFO products.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party.

10. Modification of Terms

10.1. FAFO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By participating in the FAFO Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. FAFO may update or modify these terms periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. If you do not agree with any changes, you may terminate your participation in the program.
