COD/Fake-Orders Policy

Hey Fam,

This isn’t an easy message to write, but it’s something we need to address. We pour our heart and soul into shipping out quality products to you, and we truly appreciate every one of you who trusts and supports us.

However, lately, we’ve been facing an issue with Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. While most of our customers are amazing and share genuine feedback, there are a few who place orders and then refuse to accept them when they arrive—claiming they never placed them in the first place.

COD was introduced on a foundation of trust, but unfortunately, this misuse is becoming frequent. To ensure a smoother shopping experience for our genuine customers, we’re making a small change:

✅ COD Order Confirmation: Once you place a COD order, we’ll send you a WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm dispatch within 3 days of ordering.

No Confirmation? Order Cancelled. If we don’t receive a response within 3 days, your order will be automatically canceled, and a cancellation message will be sent.

🚨 Address Matters! If we find an address incomplete or suspicious, we may not ship even after confirmation.

We totally understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and you might miss confirming your order. If you feel your order was canceled by mistake, just drop us an email at care@fafo.co.in or WhatsApp us at +919021464749 , and we’ll be happy to assist you!
