Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us for your apparel needs! At The Fashion Fools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Exchange
- We offer a hassle-free Exchange policy for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a exchange, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers/labels are intact. This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, it will be difficult for us to proceed with returns or refunds.

- Exchange can be only made within same product.
- For bundle purchases, the discounted price will become invalid if partial return is made and refund would be calculated on prevailing discounts at time of purchase.
- Please note that all customized/clearance/festive items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
- If you receive a damaged/defective/used/wrong product(s)/incorrect count of product, please contact our support team within 24 hours with open/unpacking video (Mandatory). We will arrange for a new product to be sent to you at no additional charge.
- If you receive a torn/damaged/empty parcel, please do not accept it. If you receive any unrelated product(s) or an empty parcel, you are requested to raise a query within 24 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact.
Refunds & Charges for Exchange/Returns
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges that may vary from ₹100-₹150 depending on the location, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover the cost of shipping. The cost would be per product.
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup at cost to you. In case a reverse pickup is not available, please post the shipment back to us.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item after reviewing the condition of the item.
- Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
- Original shipping charges in case partial COD payments, Non acceptance of package during delivery and COD charges are non-refundable.
- Self-ship in case of non-serviceable areas: If your Pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse. We will provide instruction on the same.
