• Commitment to Deliver We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
• Order Processing The product will be shipped in 48 hrs from the date the product is ordered. However, the actual Shipping time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
• Customer can cancel the order until it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped it will be applicable for return and exchange as per the policy.
• Delivery Time The tentative delivery period varies from 5-8 days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
• Delivery Time for Festive Collections varies from 8-10 days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
• COD Charges We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders. We also offer COD(Cash on Delivery) payment method for shopping up to ₹1500. In COD payment method charges may be applicable. The amount to be charged would be mentioned at checkout. If your profile is identified as high-risk for COD cancellation in Ship Rocket checkout then COD option will be disabled for your account. Partial COD payments and COD charges are non-refundable.
  
• Incorrect Mobile Number All our deliveries require OTP verification, if you entered an incorrect number while placing an order, the delivery partners will not be able to deliver the product and it will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is liable to bear the additional shipping charges incurred.
• RTO for Prepaid Orders If a return to origin (RTO) occurs due to an incorrect address, incorrect mobile number, OTP verification failure, or any other reason attributable to customer negligence, the company will process a refund after deducting the applicable shipping charges.
